Pongsanan Taongern
Modern legal practice, business advisory and international client support
Pongsanan Taongern leads the firm's corporate, employment and cross-border family practice, working principally with foreign-owned businesses and international families in Thailand.
His work is preventive as much as contentious: employment documents that hold up, contracts written to be enforced, and legitimation and custody matters handled with an understanding of how they look from both sides of a border.
He runs the firm's employment law workshops for business owners and HR teams. As a Notarial Services Attorney, he also certifies signatures and documents for use abroad.
