How it works
How we run the matter
- Define exactly what the attorney-in-fact must be able to do
- Check whether the receiving office prescribes its own form
- Draft the instrument with its scope, limits and expiry
- Sign and have the signature certified
- Complete any legalisation required for use
- Revoke and notify once the task is complete
Documents to prepare
- Passport or Thai ID card of the person granting the power
- Identification details of the person receiving it
- Documents describing the transaction — title deed, account, filing
- Company affidavit, where the power is given by a company
- The office or bank’s form or requirements, if provided
