Talk to us

Tell us the situation and we will tell you what we think you should do — and what it will cost.

Who this is for

  • Creditors owed money that polite reminders have not moved
  • Parties needing a counterparty to perform, return or stop something
  • Recipients of a demand letter deciding how to respond
  • Anyone who needs the default formally on record before the next step

What we handle

Scope of work

Demand letters in Thai, English or bilingual form

Notices that satisfy the contract’s formal requirements — mode, address, period

Default interest computed from the correct date

Response letters when you are the one receiving the demand

Delivery with proof — the record that the letter arrived

A follow-through plan agreed before the letter goes out

How it works

How we run the matter

  1. Assess the claim and confirm it supports a demand
  2. Check the contract’s notice clause for mode and period
  3. Draft the letter and agree the follow-through plan
  4. Deliver by the required mode, with proof
  5. Manage the response — negotiate, or hold the position
  6. Escalate on schedule if the deadline passes silent

Documents to prepare

  • The contract or the basis of the debt
  • Invoices, statements and payment records
  • Prior reminders and the counterparty’s replies
  • The counterparty’s current address and contact details
  • The received letter and its envelope, if you are responding

Common questions

Often, for two reasons. Legally, it puts the debtor formally in default — which starts default interest and strengthens every later step. Practically, it shows you are organised and willing to escalate, while giving the other side a defined, face-saving way to comply. Many disputes end at this letter precisely because both effects land at once.
The deadlines inside it are usually real — silence can mean default judgment risk later, interest running and options closing. But responding carelessly is also dangerous: a rushed reply can admit facts you would contest. Have the letter assessed, then answer deliberately — dispute, negotiate or comply — on your timeline within theirs.
The right addressee, a clear statement of what is demanded and on what basis, a defined period to comply, and delivery by the mode the contract or law requires — with proof it arrived. A letter that misses the contractual notice clause can fail entirely; checking that clause is the first thing we do.
Then the letter has done its quieter job: default is on record, interest is running, and the file is ready for the next step — a final notice, mediation, or proceedings with our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. We agree that follow-through plan with you before the first letter goes out, so silence from them never means drift from us.
FEE_STRUCTURE Measured against what it protects — the claim, the interest date, the evidence trail — it is consistently the best-value document in a dispute.
